Terms of Sale:

  • Each book is sent on receipt of payment in full.

  • Payments are to be made by credit or debit card.

  • Each book is sent in sturdy packaging fit for transit and the safety of the book

  • Shipping - I ship every Saturday morning and the cut off for shipping is 12pm on Fridays.

  • Cancellations - Please contact me by 12pm the Friday before I ship if you wish to cancel a sale.

  • When will my item arrive? – Items will take 1-3 working days to arrive to UK destinations and 15 working days to arrive overseas. In circumstances where carrier services delay your package, a period of 15 working days in the UK is expected before an item is classed as lost and 30 working days for overseas destinations. My products are sent with tracking by signature.

  • Returns - I accept returns on faulty products, or if you are unhappy with your order. You have 14 days from receipt to contact me for a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer and will only be refunded for faulty items to the amount of the cheapest return carriage cost specified in our contact. Returned products must arrive in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging and will be refunded after inspection.

  • Exchanges - Exchanges are possible if an item is faulty and will be the first route of action before a refund is offered.

  • Refunds - I refund on returned goods only, unless there are mitigating circumstances which we have discussed by email.
