My approach to your content
Your content works best when designed for pivotal moments. It must bestow all the right signals where and when a potential lead enters the picture. It needs to nurture them on their journey and show them you are there for later down the line. And it has to work hard to engage with them emotionally to deliver the right value in information. To build trust.
My approach is to step into their shoes, feel what they feel, consider the questions they'll ask and how content design affects how they react to the information or products and services we offer them. And that word 'we' is crucial. For me to deliver your best content, I need to act as if I'm part of your team, not just a freelancer looking for a pay cheque. That's why you'll find me asking questions and connecting with you and your team to increase my understanding.

1. The Content Audit and Plan
To understand what a new content plan might look like, I must first understand what you have in play. With a content audit, I'll build you a clear picture of who we are targeting, with what content, and via which platforms and formats.
Access to your sales, customer, and marketing leads will undoubtedly help. These are the people who intimately understand your customers' pain points and psychological state, their journey, and their entry and exit points in your current content. I'll ask what's working, what's not, what our data tells us, and if we are pressing the right marketing buttons.
From here, I can make recommendations that streamline and align your content approach with your business goals. Your report is yours to build from even if you do not contract me for the content structure build or monthly deliverables.
2. Building Your Content Structure
You need a structure before you can add any supporting daily, weekly, and monthly content pipelines. A framework that guides every element so your team knows what to create, when and where to create it, and, most importantly, its purpose and value. A framework from which you can draw consistent, measurable data.
I'll also work with your in-house teams to ensure your systems make content innovation, creation, and delivery easy. A space where they can thrive, sharing human stories that connect, engage, nurture and inspire potential leads.
What does a content structure look like? Based on your specific business, this will include a mix of things, from web copy to landing pages, email or sales copy funnels, search visibility plans, focused social plans and campaigns, etc. Once your structure is in place, you can move things in-house or retain my services for copy work.
3. Monthly Copy Deliverables
I'm very adept at working with marketing and sales teams to deliver monthly copy projects, just as I work solo to produce client deliverables. On a retainer, you'll see the benefit of my customer-focused approach, whether on new product or service funnels, nurturing content, or increasing your search visibility.
If you are an agency with a team of copywriters or a business with irregular copy needs, I'm also happy to jump on board and work with you brief by brief.
