Services Policy

Prices and Payment

  • You can find a full breakdown of prices and service offers on the relevant service pages.

  • Once terms and tasks are agreed I will send you an invoice for your deposit via Quickbooks. This email will indicate your payment method (in this case Bank Transfer).

  • Payments should be made swiftly, so that work can commence as all services are paid for upfront.

  • I am not currently VAT registered, so invoices will be without VAT percentage.

  • From there further work will be invoiced before work commences - swift payment means a close continuation of work.

Service Provision

  • I usually work within your systems, so that you remain in 100% control of your content and data. Systems can be established as part of our first month's tasks.

  • I work 9-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9-12pm on Fridays on client work. During these hours you are able to contact me by email or whichever comms channel we agree to use. Meetings can be booked during your time allocation. This allows for my total focus on client work.

Service Cancellations

  • Services can be cancelled in writing at any time by email and work will cease as soon as I read your email. At this point, all remaining work will be handed over in a final task email. Please note that in rare situations where work is more complicated you may be charged an admin fee of £40 per hour to cover a full handover.
