I have been working with Eco Drift Ltd since April 2022. During this time, I have completed a content marketing plan, including competitor reports, to create an initial content strategy across the website and socials.
I have commenced our project work with blog content, which has been repurposed into short-form snippets for LinkedIn and Facebook. Soon, I will be including backlink outreach.
Before I dive into too much content, my next project focuses on updating website copy and SEO. I aim to target B2B clients first on Google before expanding our channel reach. The reason is that when they get to our site, I want them to commit to the sales process.

SEO site work
What is the impact of content updates across just 10 hours of time per month when SEO is a fraction of your job?
I first noticed a traffic issue during our first month of working together. The numbers didn’t add up, considering the length of time the site had been active.
I created an SEO site audit and found several basic issues:
No metadata
Unoptimised content
No keyword strategy
To remedy this, I am working page by page (and post by post) through a lengthy sitemap. This is taking time, with just one page per month in most cases. You can see this work started in earnest in September 2022.
I’m also working with the developers to allow us access to things like metadata, which will allow for better optimisation.
Once I have got to a stage with this, I have also requested Google Search Console access, so I can see what pages are indexing currently.
While these are quick wins, lack of time is an issue here.
Social media - LinkedIn
I create snippets from blog posts for the Eco Drift Ltd LinkedIn page with extra posts for awareness. Occasionally write extra content for Antoni’s personal LinkedIn profile. These include

Client mailouts
I am working on a number of campaigns for client contact. Including this poster which was part of an educational campaign to highlight the need for better recycling in the spaces we serve.
Award Entries
I don’t often get to write award entries, but this one was special. NetZero journey of the year at the Big Sustainability Awards. There was a lot of ground to cover in our entry, so I had to drill that information down into cohesive answers to entry questions. And we made runner-up! You can read more about it here.
